Autumn may be the season my garden waves goodbye, but I’m not about to let those herbs escape me. Into the drying racks they go! Come January, when I’m pouring a cup of tea or stirring soup in my fuzzy socks, I’ll be smugly sprinkling “a pinch of summer” into the cup or pot.
